Kayla has been with Lemonade since the beginning! Ever since Covid shut down the schools back in 2020, her job as a substitute teacher for the Red Lion and Dallastown school districts was no longer in effect. Out of a job, she joined the Lemonade team as a painter just months after the company began. From there she became the painting Project Manager, then a Sales Rep for the pest control division, to the Sales and Marketing Manager during 2024, and now holds the role of Client Relations Manager.

Kayla is the founder of her non-profit, Hope Voyage Ministries (HVM), where sailing will be used as a means to an end to share Hope around the world. Her background is steeped in a passion of outdoor adventure where one can gain perspective by stepping out of the societal realm and into the great outdoors. When she is not working at the helm of her non-profit she enjoys quality time with friends and family, serving faithfully at Greater York Baptist Church, reading/learning, photography, travelling, meeting new people, getting outside, and doing hands on renovation projects at home.
