Mike has a long-time history of working with Sherwin Williams. Over those 12 years, he met Tom when Lemonade first began as a painting company. As Mike managed the store on Memory Lane he grew a working relationship with Tom as Lemonade frequented Sherwin Williams for paint, tools, and advice. During Mike’s tenure at the well-known paint supplier, he filled the roles of operations manager, store manager, account representative, and training manager. 

Mike genuinely enjoys his job as the Director of Operations at Lemonade because it allows him to constantly learn new things, connect with diverse groups of people, create meaningful relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to the growth and success of the business. With 12 years of paint knowledge and a background in delivering exceptional customer service Mike brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the business.

In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 6 years and their two dogs. His hobbies include reading, making homemade pizza, playing board or card games, listening to music, baking, and watching movies.
