Before becoming a member of the Lemonade Property Services team, Tera previously had worked for Getty Development for 5 years and has always enjoyed this line of work. Because there’s always something different to tackle every day; the variety and new challenges keep things interesting. Tera values paying special attention to the little details that are not always noticed but make a difference. Like her colleagues, witnessing the happiness these transformations bring to customers is what motivates her to keep excelling in her job. Her work ethic shows her commitment to getting the job done and problem solve along the way.

Tera is a mother of 3 kids, and she enjoys designing both her own and her family’s tattoos as a hobby on the side.
