Brian came to work at Lemonade Property Services because of an ad he saw on Facebook. He reached out to Tom directly and has been a part of the Lemonade team both as a Painter and a Property Maintenance Tech ever since. 

Brian enjoys seeing the progress when improving a living space. The skill that is involved, mixed with the challenge, makes for a rewarding job knowing this will benefit the customer and make them happy. From the detailed tasks to the big picture, he takes great pride in the finished product.

Brian brings over 12 years of experience in property management, which includes his time as a  Maintenance Supervisor and contractor for the Department of Defense. That experience enabled him to have a wide range of skills in customer support, logistics, scheduling, and inventory control. Before property management he worked on automobiles for about 8 years.

When Brian isn’t working he enjoys watching the Ravens play football, the Orioles play baseball, cars, motorcycles, making repairs in general, and spending time with family.
