Joe started his career painting and conducting routine maintenance for rentals. He has worked for himself for the past 10 years. As work became scarce he found Lemonade Property Services and joined the team in October of 2024.

He enjoys painting because of how he can bring things back to life and he loves seeing the final product. When the customer is happy, he’s happy! His maintenance background is an added value to his position here at Lemonade, paired with his wide range of painting experience both with rentals and new construction.

Twelve years ago, Joe met his wife on Xbox and moved to PA from Ohio. When he is not busy with painting and maintenance at Lemonade, he likes to spend most of the nicer days outside and on the water in his kayak.
