Lemonade is not your typical painting company. We offer a guarantee that our work will meet your expectations, allowing you, the customer, to have peace of mind! As South Central Pennsylvania’s trusted painting company, we first guarantee that all the painting contractors on our Lemonade Crew have been thoroughly vetted. As the father of 5 girls, trust and integrity are extremely important to me! As a result, our painting contractors are only people that I would personally invite into my own home. When you work with our team we guarantee a thorough estimating process, so you know what to expect, and we follow up with a timely, orderly, and quality paint job.
Lemonade Property Services is dedicated to satisfying and serving our customers. Our workmanship is warranted (conditionally) for 2 full years. If at any time during your 2-year warranty you determine we have missed painting any areas of your project or failed to leave your property in better condition than when we arrived, Lemonade Property Services will promptly return and address any issues or concerns you may have.
Lemonade Property Services only uses the best paints and materials. Should you have any concerns with the condition or failure of paint or products applied by Lemonade Property Services, we will promptly schedule a visit to go over your concerns. If at that time we determine that there is a product failure, we will schedule a time to take care of that failure and make every attempt to have the paint supplier cover the costs for any labor or materials within the 2-year warranty. If sprinklers hit the structure, all warranties will be void.
Furthermore, if you have any concerns with the condition of the paint or products we applied, after your 2-year warranty, Lemonade Property Services will follow up with the manufacturer to work with them to make sure that any paint or product warranty is covered. We make every effort to ensure that your experience with Lemonade Property Services is hassle- and worry-free.
Your warranty begins on the day of project completion.
